Lead Support Worker - Farnham
Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
£13.92 per hour

Join our innovative team based in Farnham where you can lead by example, enjoying an excellent training programme, strong career progression - and deliver outstanding support through the unique 'Activate' model, proven to make a measurable difference to people's lives and your professional satisfaction.

You will be part of a team who support 5 gentlemen who are aged in their 19's-50's, and are autistic/have learning disabilities. These gents are an outgoing group. They would be happy meet a full-time Lead Support Worker who would like to get involved in activities such as:

- Planning (and going on) holidays

- Visiting museums and other places of interest

- Going to Prince's Hall and G Live for concerts

- Helping out, or joining in, when the sports coach comes one a fortnight for work-outs

- Drinks, meals and pub lunches in Farnham

Family are important to these gentlemen and they often have visits at home. We also assist two of the guys to visit family on a regular basis.

The gentlemen want you to know that not all of them use works to communicate but they have other ways of letting you know what they want.

The role will be a mixture of early (7.30-15.00) and late (14.30-22.00) shifts andLead Support Workers will need to do 1 sleep-in shift a week. Dimensions are pleased to offer a pay rate of £13.92 per hour for this role (sleep in shifts are paid at an allowance of £50 per shift).
