Indeed Flex is hiring an Onsite Coordinator in Wellingborough!
Salary: £12.89 per hour
*Plus holiday pay accrued at a rate of 12.07%
Shift Pattern: 6:30am - 10:30am | Monday - Friday | Every other weekend
Start date: ASAP
We're offering an exciting opportunity to work with one of our top industrial clients as an Onsite Coordinator. In this role, you'll be the main point of contact, assisting Flexers with queries and collaborating with the Front-Line Manager to manage shifts effectively.
Duties include:
Overseeing PPE inventory and ensuring its correct use.
Facilitating online learning, and promoting food safety practices.
Conduct site tours for new hires.
Run the Employee of the Month initiative.
Conduct return-to-work interviews.
Requirements:
This position is a long-term assignment role.
You must be able to commit to the shift pattern mentioned above.
You must live within the Wellingborough area and be able to easily commute to the site.
You must have at least 6 months of previous experience relevant to this role - in a Onsite Coordinator or Administrative role.
Highly proficient in computer literacy.
