Busikids Day Nursery and Pre School is a friendly and professional childcare facility that has been serving the community since 1997. We have a strong commitment to learning through play, providing a nurturing environment for our children to grow and develop. We are open Monday to Friday 7.30 am to 6 pm and operate a rolling shift system between 8am and 6pm, that allows for a ‘short’ day every other day.
The salary is £25,000 working an average 37.5 hours a week. There is the possibility of working further hours if required.

We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our passionate, friendly team at Busikids . This role is essential in promoting the growth and development of young children through engaging activities and supportive care. The position is based in the under 2's rooms of our lovely nursery, where you will play a key role in creating a safe and stimulating environment.
Responsibilities
Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote learning through play.
Provide high-quality care and support for children aged 0-5 years.
Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children and families.
Observe and assess children's development, keeping accurate records of their progress.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's development.
Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the best outcomes for children.
