Are you a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity in a vibrant and welcoming primary school? This Smethwick-based school is seeking a committed and enthusiastic TA to join their team from September, supporting pupils across KS1.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a nurturing, mainstream setting where your experience will make a lasting impact on young learners' education and development.
Your Role Will Include:
- Supporting teaching and learning in KS1 classrooms
- Leading small group interventions to boost literacy and numeracy
- Providing tailored 1:1 support where needed
- Helping to create a safe and engaging learning environment
- Working closely with teachers and SEN staff to ensure pupil progress
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Holds a Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent)
- Has recent experience supporting children in a primary school
- Brings energy, patience, and a team-focused attitude
- Is confident supporting early phonics and basic numeracy
- Is committed to long-term work and consistent support
