Summary
We are looking for a Site Operative to join the GFP team, based in Brigg, on a permanent, full-time basis.
You will be carrying out day-to-day activities of the site; to assist in the delivery of high standards of safety, quality and operations whilst being a part of a team that operates with integrity and accountability while delivering a high standard of customer service.

About You
Good communicator with the ability to consult with all team members and site management team
Able to work under pressure and to deadlines whilst maintaining Frontier’s ICE values
Adapts quickly and successfully to accommodate changing business and customer needs, whilst providing a responsive customer focussed service
Works to accommodate the seasonal nature of GFP’s business
Adopts a customer first mindset while ensuring that compliance is maintained at all times that where relevant all internal procedures are adhered to at all times
The ability to work collaboratively with others and to work without supervision
Loading shovel license (desirable but not essential)
Tele-handler / FLT license (desirable but not essential)
Workshop / Mechanical skill (desirable but not essential)
Training will be provided for the right candidate
Your Role
As a Site Operative your role will involve:
Assisting Site Management with all aspects of Seed Processing and Grain cleaning and Storage Operations
Assisting Site Management to comply with Health, Safety and Quality procedures including keeping records to ensure compliance
Working to customer requirements regarding, cleaning and storage operations to produce desired levels of quality and service
Ensuring general housekeeping and hygiene of the site is maintained
Ensuring the stores, plant and equipment are maintained to a high standard
