Summary
Responsible for leading a small production team and appropriate contractors and suppliers, to deliver the safe and efficient operation of the O.C.O Technology Ltd aggregate manufacturing plant.
Ensuring your team comply with all legal and operational requirements whilst achieving production volume and quality targets.
Activities include carrying out daily/weekly/monthly checks against site operating, cleaning and maintenance procedures, working to ensure continuous operation, proactively identify potential breakdowns of plant and equipment, assist in repairs with the maintenance team and liaise with other Team Leaders
