Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
Our Resource Base (The Pod) is a specialist provision for 16 pupils who have Autism, Anxiety, SEMH or any combination of these. The Pod has two classes from Reception to Year 6 and we are looking for a teacher for our KS2 class. The Pod is very well supported by specialist teaching assistants, therapists and the Senior Leadership team.
We are looking for someone who:
• has very high expectations for all learners
• has a passion for making a positive difference to the lives of our children
• has a deep understanding of Autism and SEMH
• is compassionate and resilient with exemplary relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
