Summary

About the Role:

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children in their early years. Your responsibilities will include:

Planning & Implementation: Designing and delivering engaging activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

Observation & Assessment: Monitoring children's development and maintaining accurate records.

Child Development Support: Promoting social, emotional, and physical development through positive interactions and guidance.

Collaboration: Working closely with parents, carers, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for children.

Safeguarding: Upholding nursery policies and procedures to maintain a safe and nurturing environment.

What We're Looking For

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

  • Qualification: CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education (or equivalent).

  • Experience: Proven experience working with children aged 0-5 years in a nursery or early years setting.

  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.

  • Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for supporting children's learning and development.

  • Commitment: Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
