Summary
Your new company
Our client is a national contractor who is in need of a reliable freelance site manager to oversee holiday cover on their newbuild commercial project in the Caernarfon area. This role will see you No. 1 on site, coordinating subcontractors and maintaining H&S on site.
As Site Manager, you will:
- Maintain H&S
- Ensure Programming is met
- Organise Subcontractors and Labour
- Coordinate with clients and the design team
- Ensure QA is up to specification
What you'll have:
- Previous commercial build experience
- SMSTS, CSCS, & First Aid are essential
- Live locally in the North Wales area (we do not offer working away for this role)
- Previous UK experience is essential
