Summary

Daily Rate: £412 per day via umbrella
Role Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cyber Security Consultant for a part-time role (50% utilisation) with an initial duration of 3 months. The ideal candidate will possess deep AWS security expertise and desirable certifications. This position requires a solid understanding of generative AI, including securing GenAI implementations. The Senior Cyber Security Consultant will liaise with the client's CSO/CISO team and manage a small team of cybersecurity consultants, supporting multiple teams of AI application engineers.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement and manage AWS security measures and best practices.
* Collaborate with the client's CSO/CISO team to ensure alignment with security policies and objectives.
* Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity consultants.
* Provide support to AI application engineering teams in securing AI implementations.
* Understand and apply GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) frameworks to AI architectures.
* Develop and tailor cybersecurity frameworks to meet client-specific governance and regulatory requirements.
Required Experience and Attributes
* Extensive experience with AWS security.
* Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, AWS Certified Security Speciality).
* Strong awareness and understanding of generative AI and securing GenAI implementations.
* Experience liaising with CSO/CISO teams and managing cybersecurity consultants.
* Proficiency in GRC frameworks and their application to AI architectures.
* Ability to develop tailored cybersecurity frameworks to meet governance and regulatory demands.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Desirable Skills
* Knowledge of other cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud).
* Experience with machine learning and AI security.
* Understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance.
