We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Graduate Teaching Assistants to join a range of high-achieving and inclusive schools in Enfield. This is a fantastic opportunity for those considering a future career in teaching, educational psychology, or curriculum development.


The Role:
As a Maths Graduate Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with students and teachers to provide tailored academic support. Youll assist with the delivery of lessons, help run small group sessions, and support pupils who may need extra help with numeracy or exam preparation.


Key Responsibilities:
· Support the delivery of engaging Maths lessons (KS3-KS4, and possibly KS5)
· Work one-to-one and in small groups to raise attainment in numeracy and problem-solving
· Help students with SEN or EAL to access the curriculum and build confidence
· Assist with lesson preparation, classroom management, and student engagement
· Monitor progress and provide feedback to teaching staff


Ideal Candidate:
· A recent Maths graduate (2:2 or above)
· Strong numeracy and communication skills
· A genuine passion for education and helping young people succeed
· Patient, enthusiastic, and proactive
· Previous experience working with children or young people is a plus but not essential
