We are currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant with British Sign Language (BSL) qualifications or experience for an exciting 1:1 role. You will work closely with a pupil who has speech, language, and communication needs, supporting them through sign language and bespoke communication resources-making BSL skills essential for this position.
Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one learning support tailored to the student's individual needs

Assist in developing and implementing individual education and behaviour plans

Build strong, trusting relationships with the pupil, adapting your approach to their personality and needs

Collaborate closely with the SENDCo and Class Teacher to ensure excellent provision

What We're Looking For:
