As the elegant first act in our guests’ experience, you’ll be orchestrating seamless pre-arrival arrangements and ensuring each visit unfolds like a perfectly scripted performance. You’ll:

Handle room, dining, and special event reservations with flair and precision

Be the conductor of communication, ensuring all departments are in harmony

Curate and coordinate bespoke experiences in our fine dining restaurant

Assist with bookings for our Private Members Executive Lounge, where the city’s most discerning clientele come to dine, relax, and be seen

Offer exceptional service before, during, and even after our guests’ stay, ensuring every detail is dressed to the nines
About You:
You’re a born host – smooth-talking, quick-thinking, and impeccably organised. You thrive in a fast-paced, high-end environment and bring the sparkle of sophistication to every interaction.

Experience in reservations, hospitality, or fine dining environments preferred

Excellent communication and coordination skills
