Your Role Will Involve:

  • Producing clear, accurate, and well-structured notes from lectures, seminars, tutorials, and group work (both handwritten and typed formats may be required).
  • Reviewing and refining notes after sessions to ensure they are accessible and easy to understand.
  • Maintaining a professional and supportive relationship with the student you are assisting.
  • Prioritising the student's needs while working within the policies and procedures of the University of Kingston.
  • Communicating effectively with Randstad to promptly address any student concerns and maintain confidentiality, sharing information as necessary to provide optimal support.

We're Looking for Individuals with:

  • Excellent typing proficiency
  • Impeccable spelling and grammar
  • Strong punctuality and reliability
  • The ability to work effectively and accurately, even under pressure
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • A personal laptop for notetaking and delivering notes to students

Selection Process:

Successful candidates will be invited for a video interview, followed by a typing test and a note-taking assessment.
