Summary

Join our dedicated team as a Health Care Assistant at TLC Care Services LLP, a leading home care company committed to providing exceptional support to clients in the comfort of their own homes. If and when you join our team your role will be to:

- Provide high-quality assistance/support with personal care to clients in their homes

- Assist with daily living activities such as support with bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication management

- Promote independence and dignity, enhancing clients' quality of life

- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

- Ensure the safety and well-being of clients by following care plans and risk assessments

Requirements:

- Minimum of one year's experience of working in home care within the United Kingdom

- Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to delivering the highest standards of care

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (preferred)

- Valid UK driving license and access to a car (preferred for care drivers)
