Summary
Job Title: Counterbalance Forklift Driver
Location: Bellshill
Rate of Pay: £12.92 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 03:00 AM start (full-time, ongoing)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a well-established logistics and distribution company based in Bellshill. Key Responsibilities:-
Safe and efficient operation of counterbalance forklift trucks in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Loading and unloading goods from trailers

Transporting pallets and materials throughout the warehouse

General warehouse duties including picking, packing, and manual handling

Maintaining high health and safety standards at all times

Working as part of a team to ensure all operational targets are met

Valid RTITB Counterbalance Forklift licence (recent and in date)

Proven experience operating a counterbalance forklift in a warehouse or similar environment

Physically fit and capable of manual handling, lifting, and moving products as part of daily duties

Comfortable working in cold storage conditions (protective clothing will be provided)

Good understanding of warehouse health & safety practices

Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
