About the Role
As Data and Strategic Insights Manager, you'll provide institution-wide leadership on internal data reporting and student system development. You will lead the collection, validation, and submission of statutory student data returns (e.g. HESA, OfS, HESES), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and institutional readiness for future independent reporting.

- Partner with teams across our client to evaluate the impact of interventions and drive continuous improvement.
What They're Looking For:
- Significant experience working with student data and regulatory returns in higher education.
- Deep knowledge of HESA, OfS, HESES and associated data requirements.
- Strong skills in data analysis, dashboard development (e.g. Power BI), and information governance.
- Experience leading systems improvements and managing complex data workflows.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A problem-solving mindset, high attention to detail, and a passion for using data to drive institutional success.
