Summary
Job Advert
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Association of Colleges (AoC) as our Product Executive. AoC is the national voice
for further education colleges in England, representing almost 95% of the sector and supporting over 2.2 million students every
year. As a not-for-profit organisation established by colleges, for colleges, we are committed to transforming lives through
education, skills and opportunity.
As the Product Executive for AoC, you will oversee all technical aspects of our sector job board, AoC Jobs, ensuring compliance
and driving product improvements. You’ll work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, primarily an external software
development team, to define clear, actionable requirements for new features or products, manage client expectations and track
performance against KPIs. Using data-driven insights, you will prioritise product development to align with customer needs and
business goals, while supporting improvements of our product and developing training solutions for our customers. You’ll work
closely with our marketing team to ensure that our product is promoted through all relevant channels, and work with our business
development executive to onboard new customers.
The role is advertised on a fixed term until July 2026, full-time basis, with flexible hybrid working from our London office.
At AoC, we value trust, flexibility and professional growth. You’ll join a high-performing, mission-led organisation that offers
generous benefits, flexible working, and opportunities to develop your career while making a positive impact on the FE community.
If you're a driven marketing professional looking to make a difference in a values-led organisation, we’d love to hear from you.
