We're looking for an experienced Supporter Engagement / Individual Giving Officer to be part of an energetic direct marketing and fundraising team looking to reach new heights. Individual Giving Officer
Full Time, Permanent
North London / Hertfordshire with hybrid working available
Up to £35,000 per annum.

Duties will include:
• Be the main point of contact for the day-to-day execution of direct marketing and fundraising projects
• Manage the day-to-day development and execution of individual giving campaigns to generate repeat gifts and grow income
• Working closely with external agencies and freelancers to best effect
• Development of supporter data and preferences and permissions, and data profiling optimisation
• Overseeing the scheduling and coordination work in relation to appeals, events and fundraising activities
• Research and recommend ways of improving donor / supporter acquisition & retention.
• Manage the day-to-day production of materials and communications, ensuring all messages are on brand.

Ideal candidates will have:
• Experience of working on direct marketing / individual giving campaigns, regular giving / supporter engagement or donor acquisition / retention
• Specialist knowledge of direct marketing best practices with the ability to apply theory and experience to grow income.
• Knowledge of a range of direct marketing techniques associated ROI expectation
• Knowledge of database marketing, the importance of ensuring data integrity and data protection laws incl. GDPR
• Experience of working in a fundraising and/or direct marketing role with good knowledge of direct response across multiple channels including digital
