Are you passionate about supporting people and helping to create sustainable communities? We're looking for a Regeneration Engagement Officer to lead and deliver community engagement across all regeneration and development activity.

This includes the next stage of our Lower Falinge regeneration, potentially including up to 200 new homes, and our significant 10-year, multi-million pound regeneration programme for homes adjacent to Rochdale town centre.

We want to make sure that our customers are at the heart of our plans, and you will make sure that their voices are heard. You'll develop tailored and co-designed engagement plans to meet the diverse needs of both our customers and our stakeholders. This will include face-to-face consultation as well as digital and printed materials.

You'll also be the point of contact for customers who are directly impacted by our regeneration programmes, and you'll support the Senior Regeneration Officer to deliver support for existing customers in our regeneration areas.

This role is located in the Borough of Rochdale and requires regular office and field based working throughout the Borough.

You will help us to set in place the foundations and make decisions that will create a positive impact, not just for our current customers but for the generations of customers that will follow.
