Due to the location, having your own transport is essential. The role requires availability for non-standard hours, including
early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
The Role:
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will support the smooth and safe running of our Food and Beverage operation at Exeter
Airport. This includes:
* Delivering excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude
* Assisting with food and beverage service, including opening/closing procedures and stock management
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety, following a ‘clean as you go’ policy
* Ensuring compliance with Fire, Health and Safety, and Food Hygiene regulations
* Reporting any issues to the management team
About You:
We are looking for individuals who:
* Have a positive and approachable personality
* Communicate clearly and confidently
* Have previous experience in a customer service role
* Are able to work independently as well as part of a team
* Show empathy towards customers and a willingness to help
* Are flexible with working hours, including weekends and early mornings
