Summary
Job Description: Assembler
We are currently seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for utilising riveters and other hand tools to assemble metal louvres. You will also follow technical designs to ensure the final product meets our stringent quality standards.
Location: Redditch
Hours: 8am - 4:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble metal louvres using riveters and other hand tools as per technical designs
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organised work area
• Inspect finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with assembly or equipment
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors
• Continuously strive for improved efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
• Previous experience in riveting and use of hand tool
• Familiarity with technical designs and ability to accurately read and follow them
• Attentive to detail and committed to quality
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
