So join us to celebrate this wonderful area; its towns, its communities, and help them thrive, by delivering good quality well paid jobs, enhancing our education provision, improving housing options and the social mobility of our young people About the role…An exciting opportunity to join us as a part time Planning Support Officer where the main aim is to work in partnership with customers, consultees and council members to ensure applications are in a condition to enable full and proper consideration.You will need to be organised and have good attention to detail as the role will require registering planning applications in a timely manner (to include checking plans and technical documents). This will also include dealing with fees, payments & receipts for the provision of services via telephone and email.The role will also require someone to assist other officers in the delivery of the service.
