Are you an enthusiastic, hard-working, and patient-focused individual looking to gain experience within a Hospital Pharmacy? We have an exciting opportunityat Epsom Hospital for a 12-monthmaternity leave coverstarting in June 2026.
Join our friendly team in a busy dispensary, helping to deliver an efficient dispensing service. Previous experience with pharmacy dispensing systems and anNVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services are essential. You’ll need excellent attention to detail, strong customer care skills, and a passion for patient contact.

The successful candidate must be proficient in the use of a computer, have proven organisational skills and demonstrate an attention to detail in their work. Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be working as part of the multi-disciplinary team.
You will play a key role in preparing medicines for our patients. You will also carry out general housekeeping, filing and receptionist duties and undertake daily stock checks.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm with 60 minutes lunch. You will also participate in the late rota, weekend and Bank Holiday rotas.
To be considered, candidatesmust hold an NVQ qualification Level 2in Pharmacy Service Skills or an equivalent recognised qualification. Previous hospital experience is not a necessity but enthusiasm for a new challenge and a willingness to learn are key!
