The Role:
As an IT Helper working on the Windows 11 team, you will assist with the installation of the Windows 11 desktop to university endpoints and the implementation of IT services to support this OS. You will need to engage and work collaboratively with various LIS Service Delivery Teams to ensure a smooth deployment, in order to achieve the KPI’s of the Windows 11 implementation.
We are seeking motivated, hard-working and enthusiastic candidates, with a good general understanding of technology and excellent organisational and interpersonal/communication skills. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking to gain understanding and hands-on experience of a significant transformation within IT Service Delivery.
This appointment is a fixed-term contract to 16 June 2026.
