As a Field Care Supervisor with Altogether Care, you'll be crucial in working alongside the registered manager in launching our new home care service in North Devon.

You'll support and guide care staff, carry out client assessments, ensure quality standards are met, and help coordinate care that truly makes a difference.

40 Hours Per Week Plus Occasional Cover Delivering Care When Required.

As a Field Care Supervisor you will:

· Be a crucial support to the registered manager in building a new team.

· Coaching and mentoring care colleagues, completing quality audits and observations.

· Attending care reviews, write and update new and existing care plans

· Supporting the on-call service on a rota basis & provide care and support when required

· Build and maintain positive relationships with our clients, family members, colleagues, and other professionals.

· Utilise ground breaking technology to deliver quality care.

· Uphold the principles of Altogether Care's values.

· Ensure the implementation of safe working practices.
