Summary
- Diagnosing and treating Minor Illness (prescribing independently as appropriate) - Long term condition reviews (ie asthma, COPD, diabetes, Learning Disability etc) - Interpretation of test results requested relevant to the above. - Structured Medication Reviews - Actively working towards improving the medicines management for our patients including audit and service development. - Potential for working on Research studies relating to prescribing as Western Road Surgery is a research practice. - Promoting the principles of excellent prescribing to the wider staff team.
