Production/Machine Operatives - Immediate Start
Location: Bridgwater (Town Centre)
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour (starting rate, with potential to increase through progression)
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a market-leading company that manufactures components for Formula 1 race teams and the aerospace industry.
We are currently seeking Production/Machine Operatives to support the assembly and finishing of aerospace products. This role offers excellent working hours, a great team environment, and real opportunities for long-term employment.

Monday to Thursday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Friday, 8:00am - 1:00pm
(No weekend work!) -
Central Bridgwater location

Job Duties:

Operating machinery
-
Using various hand tools
-
Trimming, shot blasting, and bond mixing

Supporting different departments as required
What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in machine operating is beneficial but not essential

Good attention to detail

Ability to multi-task and work as part of a team

Willingness to learn and progress - full training provided
