Part-Time Cook – Luxury Retirement Home – New Milton

£13.50 p/h + Benefits | 20–25 hours/week | Permanent Contract

We’re proud to be partnering with a luxurious retirement home in the heart of New Milton, currently seeking a dedicated Cook to join their friendly kitchen team on a part-time basis.

Hours: 20–25 per week

Contract: Permanent

Starting rate: £13.50 per hour + excellent benefits

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve traditional, home-cooked meals to a high standard

Plan and deliver nutritious menus in line with residents' dietary needs

Liaise daily with the Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Ensure all food is fresh, purchased within budget, and well-presented

Maintain high standards of food hygiene, health and safety, and kitchen cleanliness

Cater to a variety of dietary requirements including allergies and preferences

You’ll bring:

Experience in a similar environment such as care homes, schools, nurseries, or hospitals

Good knowledge of Food Hygiene and Health & Safety regulations

A passion for cooking and a flair for traditional British cuisine

Great teamwork skills and a positive, can-do attitude
