Summary

Skilled Labourer / Multi Trade needed in Poole, £14.17ph PAYE - Reference: 5268456

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist tradespeople with bathroom installations and general refurbishment tasks.
  • Carry out basic tasks such as demolition, site preparation, material handling, and waste removal.
  • Perform minor repairs and maintenance, including basic plumbing, carpentry, and tiling support.
  • Ensure tools, materials, and equipment are safely stored and maintained.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with health and safety regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with tenants and team members, ensuring a respectful and professional approach.
  • Support the delivery of works to schedule and quality standards.

You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in a construction or refurbishment environment.
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, or general building maintenance.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions from skilled tradespeople and supervisors.
  • Good awareness of health and safety practices on site.
  • Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks.
  • Full UK driving licence (Vehicle may be provided).

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis
