Summary


To meet the needs of our complex Intestinal Failure patient caseload this is a fabulous and exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Registered Nurse to work within the Intestinal Failure Unit.

The Unit has an international reputation for high quality patient outcomes and is one of only two national reference centres (NRC'S) in the country directly commissioned to provide these specialist services.

You will need to demonstrate drive, commitment and a strong sense of leadership and deliver excellent patient centred care. You must be able to demonstrate a proven clinical ability at Band 5 or above and the leadership capability to bring the team with you in achieving the Trust goals and values.

Intravenous therapy nursing experience is essential, and you must be able to demonstrate that you are able to deliver a high standard of evidence based care, and evidence of continual professional development.

You must also be able to demonstrate that you work well with a team, can lead from the front and show self-motivation and have good communication skills.
