Summary
FACTORY OPERATIVE
Due to growth we are looking for Factory / Production Operatives for one of our clients based in Wolverhampton . This is a great opportunity to join a well established company .
This will be a temporary to permanent role working full time Day shift hours
Monday – Thursday 7.00am – 4.30pm and Friday 7.00am – 2.30pm
You will need a full clean driving licence for this role due to any van duties that need covering
Duties Will Include:
• Working on a fast paced production line
• Following instructions specific to client needs and requirements
• Using hand tools and machinery
• Working knowledge of health and safety and good housekeeping
• Quality Checking and inspecting orders
• Any other general factory duties
Experience and skills required for this role include:
• Previous experience of working in a factory or shopfloor
• Full clean driving licence
• Be Self-motivated and eager to learn
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
Attributes needed for this role:
• Be a strong team player who can work well under pressure,
• Be able to meet deadlines and prioritise your workload effectively
• Have a strong work ethic
• A good understanding of English both written and spoken
