Summary


Senior Assistant Technical Officer
Band 3 Full Time 37.5 hours per week

The Trust pharmacy service provides medicines and ward based pharmacy services for over 100 wards/teams including inpatients, forensic, CAMHS, home treatment, assertive outreach, day units, community mental health and early intervention.

We are looking for a Senior Pharmacy Assistant Technical Officers to join our team in Pharmacy services based at Venture House in Erdington. You should be an enthusiastic and motivated individual with excellent communication skills, an interest in Pharmacy services and an empathy for people with mental health problems. The successful candidates will work in all aspects of in-patient and community dispensing, joining our existing team of Pharmacy staff.

You should have experience of working in Pharmacy services and have an NVQ level 2 in Pharmacy services.

• Dispensing
• Maintaining good stock levels in the Pharmacy
• Participating in ward top-up services
• Undertaking general reception duties
