Summary
To assist the EEPM in respect of the implementation of the Naval Base Commanders Environmental Management System (EMS), in support of 14001 certification.
To assist the EEPM in the Assurance role, involving conducting audits and inspections on in accordance with the Integrated Audit Plan and Active Monitoring Programme across NBC and partner organisations.
To deputise for the EEPM in their absence for all EP associated matters, including attending meetings.
Participate in the investigation of EP accidents and incidents with a view to identifying root causes and disseminating lessons learnt.
Contribute to the combined Environmental Aspects Register across the site, advising and assisting with the completion of Environmental Risk Assessments as required.
Work to ensure a robust EP culture is maintained and supported within Devonport Naval Base and across its Business Partner Organisations.
