Unity Care Solutions deliver care and clinical nursing to children who have complex long-term health conditions within the comfort and safety of their own homes.

As a Community Nurse Supervisor, you will be attached to our Kent Branch office and will be deployed to work alongside a range of our clients and their families to support continuity of care. observing, and monitoring clinical competency.
- Deliver training and coaching to junior care staff.
