Summary

Carpenter / Window Fitter

Industry: Housing / Property Maintenance

Location: Isle of Wight

Hours: 40 hours per week plus call out on a rota basis

Days: Monday - Friday plus callout on a rota basis

Duration: Permanent

Duties:

1st and 2nd Fix Carpentry
Installation of windows, doors and door frames, both internal and external,
UPVC servicing and installation,
Locksmithing and gaining entry via snapping, drilling and picking,
Boarding up,
all types of fencing, posts, feather edge, chain link and panels,
Kitchen fitting and minor joinery.

Experience:

Must have previous carpentry experience within residential property maintenance and have minimum of level 2 FENSA qualifications ( or minimum of 5 years window and door installation experience).
Must have a good understanding of health and safety and the ability to work well on own initiative as well are part of a team, to schedules.
Must have full driver’s license.
This role is subject to a DBS clearance.

Salary: £31,500 - 34,650 DOE plus £335 tool allowance per annum, van and fuel car, flexible benefits and generous pension scheme
