We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Ventilation Apprentice to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and develop skills in the ventilation and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) industry. As an apprentice, you will receive on-the-job training and work alongside experienced professionals to gain practical knowledge and qualifications based on the National Occupational Standards (NOS) in Heating and Ventilating Ductwork installation, gaining a Level 2 SVQ, There will also be training in passive fire protection.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of ventilation systems.
Work alongside experienced engineers to understand system designs and technical specifications.
Help in the testing and balancing of ventilation systems to ensure optimal performance.
Conduct routine inspections and provide technical support for ongoing projects.
Learn about health and safety regulations and follow best practices to maintain a safe working environment.
Participate in training sessions and support the completion of necessary qualifications for your apprenticeship.

Role requirements
A keen interest in engineering, mechanics, or building services.
Good problem-solving and practical skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
A willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Previous experience in a related field is a plus but not required.
