Job Purpose:I am a 21-year-old woman with a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder, hypermobility spectrum disorders (Ehlers Danlos) and FND.
I am looking for a Personal Assistant who would enable me to continue to develop and strengthen my independent life skills and self-confidence to achieve my personal goals and aspirations.Location: NR3Details:I would like someone who could support me with accessing activities like climbing, going on walks/days out and medical appointments.

Summary terms and conditions:
- The rate of pay for this position is £15.00 per hour. (Self employed rate is £18.10 per hour)
- Hours and times of work: 12 hours per week arranged flexibly, timings advised in advance.
- The annual holiday entitlement for this position will be equivalent to the work I would normally expect to be done during 5.6 consecutive weeks.
- You will be reimbursed for any agreed expenses incurred as part of the role.
- A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer.
- Satisfactory references from two referees, one of which must be your current or last employer.
- Completion of a satisfactory probationary period of 6 months.
- This position requires the employee to complete free annual training: GDPR, Health and Safety, First Aid, Risk Assessment, Autism, Food Hygiene, Medication Management.
