Job Title: Asset Survey Resource Controller

The team are seeking an Asset Survey Resource Controller to join a local authority team. In this role you will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of asset survey activities. You may also work closely with survey teams, data managers, and operational staff to ensure all survey resources—people, equipment, and documentation—are managed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities may include:
Schedule and allocate survey resources based on project requirements and availability
Maintain accurate records of asset survey data, equipment, and personnel assignments
Act as the main point of contact for internal queries related to survey logistics and resourcing
Coordinate and monitor survey progress, reporting any delays or issues
Support the team with general administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document control
Ensure compliance with data protection and health and safety policies
Skills & experience:
Proven experience in an administrative, resource coordination, or scheduling role
Previous experience of working to deadlines / performance targets
Proven excellent and consistent communication skills often in demanding situations
Providing excellent customer service in a fast-Paced work environment
Ability to set up and improve administration services and prioritise conflicting demands
