What skills and experience we're looking for
The Headteacher of Hinguar and the CEO of SECAT are seeking to appoint a creative and inspiring class teacher to join their dedicated team at Hinguar. The post would be suitable for an ECT.
We would like someone who:
• Is a highly effective classroom practitioner who will inspire and challenge all pupils
• Has high expectations of all pupils
• Has a commitment to an inclusive learning environment
• Is caring and positive
• Has excellent organisational skills and is proactive
• Has an innovative approach to learning and teaching
• Is able to work as part of a team
• Has ambition
• Has a sense of humour
