Summary
Undertake specified direct and indirect care and clinical and therapeutic interventions as delegated by the Registered Nurse/health care professional. Carry out specified delegated clinical care and support consistent with the patients/ users plan of care. Deliver unsupervised specified care and interventions as prescribed by an appropriate registered health care professional in accordance with agreed Trust and CMG policies, procedures and protocols Carry out designated clerical duties as delegated by the Ward/Unit Manager, Registered Nurse/health care professional. Assist and contribute to the efficient use of stock, sundries and resources within own work activities.
