Summary
Please refer to the job description for all the main responsibilities. Provide an on-site clinical pharmacy service to the chemotherapy day units and outpatient prescribing clinics. Clinical screen and verify prescription for SACT according to the BOPA Standards for the Pharmacy Verification of Prescriptions for Cancer Medicines. Support the medical and nursing teams though provision of pharmacy advice and ensure the safe and timely delivery of oncology services To work across the chemotherapy day units, outpatient departments and clinic areas to clinically check the appropriateness of prescribing and promoting medicines optimisation
