Based in the flagship team in askUS (the University’s one-stop-shop for student support services, which includes Student Support, Student Registry and Income and Treasury) you will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries through multiple contact points, including face-to-face, live chat, email, telephone, and video calling. Passionate about customer care, you will hold our students at the heart of our service and will constantly look for ways to develop and improve our provision.

Our vision is to deliver innovative and inclusive services, supported by a dedicated team of colleagues who aspire to be the best in the sector, and we’re looking for candidates who want to join us on our journey.

We are continuing to grow our askUS provision, offering support and services to students at the times and in the places that they need us, and our core opening hours.

Successful candidates will be required to work shifts within our opening hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 – 20:00 and Saturday 10:00 -18l:00.
