Responsibilities:
- Teach & Assess - Deliver high-quality lessons across a range of engineering courses.
- Inspire & Support - Guide students in their academic and career progression.
- Develop Curriculum - Ensure course content remains industry-relevant and innovative.
- Maintain Standards - Contribute to quality assurance and student success.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Qualifications: Level 3 (or higher) in Engineering, GCSEs in English & Maths (or equivalent), and a full teaching qualification (or willingness to achieve one)
- Industry Experience: Relevant and recent experience in engineering, with a strong understanding of industry standards.
- Teaching Skills: Experience in training, mentoring, or teaching within an engineering environment.
- IT & Communication Skills: Ability to use modern teaching technology, including Microsoft Teams and interactive learning tools.
- Commitment to Excellence: Passion for student success and continuous professional development.
