We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Support Workers to join our growing team, providing short stay live-in care for young adults in a supported living setting based in Bourne.
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our service users to live as independently as possible while providing personal care, emotional support, and assistance with day-to-day tasks. Key responsibilities:
Provide high-quality personal care and support tailored to individual needs
Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication, and household tasks
Promote independence, dignity, and choice

Work collaboratively with other care professionals and the management team
Maintain accurate care records and documentation

Previous experience in supported living
