We are currently seeking a Deputy Workshop Leader to join our team and help oversee a variety of workshops that support personal growth, independence, and a sense of purpose. This position is Full-Time, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 9am-5pm.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting and delivering engaging daily workshops in areas such as gardening, horse care, farming, crafts, pottery, and woodwork

Assisting with the planning and organisation of workshop activities

Working collaboratively with residents, day participants, and other team members

Providing occasional support within our residential houses when needed

We’re looking for someone who:

Has experience or a strong interest in practical, hands-on work (e.g., farming, crafts, animal care)

Enjoys working outdoors and in creative environments

Is passionate about person-centred care and community living

Is reliable, flexible, and a strong team player

Has the ability to support individuals with varying abilities in a respectful and empowering way
