Summary
The post holder will be involved in the day-to-day assessment of patients referred to a specialized Vascular Laboratory. This requires the accurate assessment, interpretation and reporting of a full range of vascular diagnostic and surveillance ultrasound scans. Including carotid, upper and lower limb arterial and venous assessments, pre and post aneurysmal assessments, bypass and venous stent surveillance, fistula surveillance and temporal artery scans. The post will be based at the Queens Medical Centre Campus, but applicants would be expected to work and travel to other hospitals in the county. The main hours are 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday, and weekend and bank holidays on rotation.
