Crynodeb
To be part of the management group who together take responsibility for the interconnected systems, protocols, goals and professional issues of the practice. To provide mutual support on day-to-day and strategic issues. To act, when possible, to cover tasks required in other teams. To be aware of issues, incidents and circumstances that occur in any area of the practice, and to communicate as appropriate or take necessary action. To inform all other teams of daily matters within your own team which affect the rest of the practice. To ensure your team acts as part of the wider Practice team at all times. To contribute to group training with relevant skills and feedback from any training received. To be involved in Practice development contributing ideas, assessing feasibility, implementing change and evaluating outcome. To be involved in smaller multidisciplinary groups as necessary. To take responsibility in contributing to meeting agendas and actioning them. To work in a flexible manner, with regard to tasks, time, location and priorities.
