Remarkable Jobs are recruiting on behalf of a highly successful and expanding estate agency based in Aylesbury. We are seeking an experienced Residential Sales Manager to lead and drive sales performance in a busy branch environment.

Residential Sales Manager Role:
As the Residential Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the residential sales team, motivating staff, hitting targets, and delivering excellent customer service. This role requires an individual with a strong background in estate agency sales and proven leadership abilities.

Residential Sales Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, train, and motivate a team of negotiators and support staff

  
  

• Drive residential property sales and ensure branch profitability

  
  

• Conduct market appraisals and win new instructions

  
  

• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and stakeholders

  
  

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards

  Essential:

  • Proven experience in residential estate agency sales

    
    

  • Previous management or senior negotiator experience

    
    

  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle

    
    

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and organisational skills

    • Local knowledge of the Aylesbury property market

      
      

    • Level 3 Award in Residential Sales or equivalent qualification
