Join Our Passionate Swim School Team – Level 2 Swimming Teachers Wanted!

Are you a qualified STA or SEQ Level 2 Swimming Teacher with a passion for helping others build confidence in the water? We’re
looking for enthusiastic and professional instructors to join our friendly and growing Swim School Team on a casual basis. We
offer flexible hours throughout term time and school holidays.

At Aspire, our Swim School followings the Swim England Teaching Plan and teaches over 1,000 pupils – from beginners to more
advanced swimmers. Our group sizes are deliberately small (6–8 children) so you can focus on quality teaching and individual
progress. We also run rewarding one-to-one sessions for disabled swimmers.

As a Swimming Teacher, you’ll:

* Inspire confidence and skills in the water
* Bring energy, patience, and positivity to every session
* Use your experience to deliver well-structured, engaging lessons
* Be part of a supportive, welcoming team

If you love being poolside, are committed to excellent customer experience, and want to make a real difference through swimming,
we’d love to hear from you.

Why work with us?

* Free Aspire Leisure Centre membership
* A positive, inclusive and enjoyable work environment
* Flexible working hours that suit your lifestyle

To apply or find out more, contact our HR team at hr@aspire.org.uk [hr@aspire.org.uk] – we’re happy to answer any questions.

We look forward to welcoming you to the team!
